Noonsite (2023): clear as soon as you've anchored; all crew must be present with boat papers, previous zarpe, passports and cash; customs collected US$50 (cash, exact change) and can sell a cruising permit; customs then calls immigration. Officers may know nothing of SailClear — bring paper copies. noforeignland reviewers report waits of up to 2 hours and inconsistent overtime charges. Anchor near the south end and dinghy in; ask officials to call a taxi to town.
