Fuel station on the lagoon side at the south end of San Pedro, near Captain Sharks boatyard, that also refills butane - the one stop for cooking gas and jerry-can fuel on Ambergris.

It is a road-side station on the shallow lagoon side, not a yacht fuel dock: bring jerry cans and gas bottles by golf cart or taxi from the reef-side anchorage, or by dinghy round through the lagoon only if you know the depths. Check your bottle fitting before you go (US and Belize fittings differ; no source gives refill rules, so ask).
