Dick Sesinger's Bay Anchorage (Cayman Brac)
19° 40.8′ N · 79° 53.1′ W
A reef-protected bay at Cayman Brac's south-west corner, very secure once inside, below the airport.
Practical
Position is Virgintino's waypoint about 1/4 mile off the entrance stakes (19 40.84N, 079 53.12W). Enter after 1 pm with the sun behind you, mid-channel between the stakes; never at night or in rough conditions. Anchor to the east inside in 6-7 ft with short scope so you do not swing onto the shoal. Resort moorings may be available - ask on VHF 16 (2015 guide; resort names may have changed). Very secure from wind and sea.
