Noonsite's San Pedro fuel section (updated January 2020) says 'There is a fuel dock usable by keelboats here' without naming it, and the Moorings 14-day itinerary lists refuelling at San Pedro; no source gives the depth alongside, so ask by phone or dinghy first - inside the reef the anchorage has only 6-7 ft and the OCC notes advise 1.8 m maximum draft.
