The only full marina in Spanish Wells, rebuilt in 2016, with a pool, air-conditioned bathhouse and Wreckers restaurant on the harbourfront — the place most cruisers stage from before the Devil's Backbone or the run north to Abaco.
Practical
30 slips on fixed docks, boats to 165 ft; marina states 12 ft at the face dock and 11 ft in the slips at high tide, slips 25-30 ft wide. Metered power 30/50/100A single-phase and 100A three-phase; metered reverse-osmosis water. VHF 16; phone +1 242-333-4255, reception@swyachthaven.com. No fuel dock (use Ronald's or the Marine & Hardware fuel dock). Reservations needed in season and get extensions confirmed in writing (2025 review). Several reviewers (2017, 2023) found high-TDS water from the hose; test before filling tanks. Expect a ~3 ft tide range at the fixed docks. Laundry shared with resort housekeeping, 8 am-5 pm; golf carts $50/day or $250/week (2025, verify). Wreckers Restaurant & Bar on site, 8 am-10:30 pm daily. Propane refills can be arranged through the office (2025 review). Approach is narrow: favour the mangrove side heading west to the marina.
