25° 16.2′ N · 76° 18.9′ W
The shell of a Cold War US Navy submarine-listening station (1957 to 1980) on the Atlantic side behind Alabaster Bay, with a pink-sand beach below it.
Practical
Position from the Wikipedia coordinate for NAVFAC Eleuthera (25 deg 16' 11" N, 76 deg 18' 53" W). It was commissioned on 1 September 1957 and decommissioned on 31 March 1980 (Wikipedia). Cruisers walk over from the Alabaster Bay and Alabaster Cove anchorages: about a 15-minute walk from the north end, or a 3.5-mile round trip from CocoDiMama (ActiveCaptain, 2016 and 2019). Abandoned buildings: take care, and do not enter unsafe structures.
