A tiny, nearly landlocked anchorage inside the shallow bay at Duncan Town, reached by a narrow dredged channel and good in extreme weather if your draft allows.
Practical
ActiveCaptain: must be entered at high tide; the outside channel is the main issue (see the 'Duncan Town channel' passage for waypoints). About 5 ft draft is the practical maximum, 5.5 ft perhaps on a higher tide; or ask a local fisherman to pilot you in. Room for two monohulls in the deeper water along the north-east, more for catamarans in the shallows. Use the government dock for the dinghy. Groceries at Maxine's, up Dock Hill and to the right. Batelco signal.
