Dockage rates effective December 2025 (marina website, plus 10% VAT): $4.40/ft daily, $4.00/ft weekly, $3.40/ft monthly (30+ nights), tenders $2.00/ft; electricity $0.75/kWh, water $0.28/gal; separate summer rates July 1 to November 30, 2026. Waterway Guide lists 139 slips (50 transient) and VHF 16, working 72; office 8 am to 5 pm.
