A small beach beside Fort Montagu at the east end of Nassau Harbour, where office workers come for lunch and families picnic, right next to the Montagu Bay anchorage and the Royal Nassau Sailing Club.

Coordinate approximate: on the shore just east of Fort Montagu (bahamas.com fort position 25.07373, -77.30662). ActiveCaptain's Montague Beach anchorage (25.07282, -77.30325) lies just off it in 2.5 to 7+ m; do not cut the corner too closely coming from the harbour, and call Nassau Harbour Control on VHF 16 before transiting the harbour to Montagu Bay. Groceries, hardware and marine stores are nearby on East Bay Street.
