Albury Boatbuilding Heritage (Man-O-War)
26° 35.7′ N · 77° 0.4′ W · approximate
Man-O-War has built boats for two centuries: William H. Albury built his first schooner at 14, the Esperanto (later renamed William H. Albury) was his yard's last big boat, and builders still make mahogany Abaco dinghies alongside fibreglass Albury Brothers runabouts. Homes here are said to be built like ships, bolted to the land.
Practical
Position approximate: the harbour waterfront where the yards sit; individual yards are not mapped. Yacht Warriors notes the Albury Brothers boatyards can be visited; ask before walking in, as these are working yards. Pair with the Man-O-War Heritage Museum.
