Ste-Anne Village, Church and Dinghy Dock
14° 26.1′ N · 60° 52.9′ W
Ste-Anne is a postcard Creole fishing village of painted houses, a seafront church and a Saturday-busy market. A stations-of-the-cross path climbs the hill behind for a panorama over the bay.
Practical
Position is the town dinghy jetty as mapped in OSM ('jetty to tie up the dinghy', no fee). Noonsite describes the concrete dock as a 5-minute walk from town, with rubbish bins nearby and bottle recycling further into town. Tie up carefully: dinghies can get swept under the pontoon, so use a stern anchor or lift the bow out of the water. Vandalism and theft have hit dinghies here, so lock up. Routard recommends the walk up the Calvaire for the view.
