Marigot Bay Customs and Immigration

13° 57.9′ N · 61° 1.4′ W

A port of entry inside the bay: customs and immigration share the yacht reception office in the Marina Village on the south shore.

Practical

Coordinate is the OpenStreetMap 'Customs Immigration' building in the Marina Village. The office also collects SLASPA port fees (Saint Lucia Tourism Authority). Listed opening is 8 am, but not all officers may be there at opening time; cruisers report that if you arrive on a Sunday after customs has closed at 4 pm you can wait aboard and clear on Monday morning to avoid overtime (Noonsite, last updated March 2018; verify locally). Standard national customs hours per the tourism authority: 8 am to 12 noon and 1 pm to 4:30 pm Monday to Thursday, 8 am to 6 pm Friday, 8 am to 4:30 pm weekends and holidays. Pre-register on SailClear and complete the online immigration form for all crew.
