Position is approximate, in the inner harbour. The marina rules say all movement in the port must be at no more than 2 knots, without wake. A gendarmerie information note posted by the marina covers the Le Marin and Ste-Anne waters. It names the 2-knot maximum, ID and boat-licence checks (depending on outboard power), and the dinghy's registration, warning that fines would follow the awareness phase. The dinghy must show the mother ship's name or registration on a tube or the transom, marked above any chaps cover. Noonsite (citing SSCA) reports radar monitoring installed in June 2025, with violations ticketed.
