A family-run seafood restaurant over the water at the southern end of the Ao Yai fishing pier, the most popular of Ao Yai's stilt restaurants.

Explorekohchang: recommended, under 500 to over 500 THB a person; most of Ao Yai's other stilt restaurants have closed. Chonthicha (11.60849N 102.594E), at the northern end by the walkway, sells crab by the kilo and has a homestay. Anchor in no less than 8 m just north of the village (Southeast Asia Pilot).
