Praslin's southernmost bay, a 300 m beach behind coral and granite with rock pools, worth a stand-off look or a calm-day dinghy landing on the way round the south-west coast.

Practical

The water inside is 'extremely shallow, impossible to swim' and the bay is protected by rocks and a coral reef (SeyVillas), so a yacht must stay well outside; land by dinghy only near high water in calm conditions. Faces south, open to the SE trades and their swell. No cruising-guide depths, holding or moorings found in the sources checked; treat it as a calm-weather day stop only. A small shop at one end of the beach and a bus stop on the coast road. Position approximate: about 500 m south of the OSM-mapped beach, outside the reef.
