Skyline Marina, Flounder Bay (Anacortes)
48° 29.5′ N · 122° 40.8′ W
A large marina in Flounder Bay, a well-sheltered basin at the north end of Burrows Bay on the west side of Fidalgo Island. It is closer to the islands than Cap Sante and avoids Guemes Channel, and several charter fleets work from here.
Practical
Coordinate is the OSM bay. Skyline Marine Center 360-293-5134 (no VHF channel published; call). Fuel dock near the entrance with ethanol-free gas and diesel, two pump-out stations. The Coast Pilot lists about 250 berths with power and some transient berths, lifts and repairs. Entrance between jetties with private lights; a depth of only 3 ft (0.9 m) was reported in the entrance channel in 2007 and the east side shoals, so mind a low tide and call ahead. Ask about transient space before you come; it is limited.
