Otter Bay Marina (North Pender)
48° 48.0′ N · 123° 18.6′ W
A family-friendly marina on the west side of North Pender, just south of the Otter Bay ferry terminal, with two heated pools, a small store and a coffee shop. It looks across Swanson Channel to Salt Spring.
Practical
Coordinate is the OSM marina outline. VHF 66A; listed phone 250-629-3579. About 80 slips with 15 and 30 amp power (50 amp on A dock), washrooms, showers, laundry and Wi-Fi. Full services May 15 to September 30; moorage year-round. Entering, leave the green spar buoy off the corner of the marina to port and never pass between the buoy and the dock: a rock lies about 0.6 m (2 ft) below the surface at zero tide in that gap. Mooring buoys in the bay are private. Ferry wash from the Otter Bay terminal reaches the docks.
