A 34-room waterfront hotel in the Moonbay Marina complex at the north end of Waterfront Road. It is home base for the Subic Sailing Club and its sailing school, and the venue for Subic's regatta parties.

The resort hosts the BPI Subic Regatta and the Independence Day regatta weekends, and its Legacy Foundation runs Aeta forest ecotours, mangrove kayaking and outrigger (balangay-style) sailing. Visiting-yacht berthing at Moonbay is not documented, so contact the resort or Subic Sailing Club first. Most cruisers berth at SBYC, about 1.8 km east along the waterfront.
