14° 50.8′ N · 120° 15.3′ E · approximate
The cruisers' anchorage off Baloy Beach in Barrio Barretto, on the bay's north shore. The moorings are gone but anchoring is good, with Blue Rock Resort's steak dinners and Barretto's bars a short dinghy ride away.

Coordinates approximate: in the water south of Blue Rock Resort (OSM 14.8480°N 120.2550°E), east of White Castle Islets. Depth and holding are not given in the sources found; sound your spot. Noonsite (2019, repeated 2023): moorings are no longer available at Blue Rock, but 'it is a great place to anchor'. Rules: harbour movements need Coast Guard approval through SBMA Seaport. On clearing out, anchored boats may be charged a Harbor Cleaning Fee of US$10/day plus US$60 pilotage (2023). You may be directed elsewhere while awaiting clearance. Dinghy ashore to the Barretto beach resorts. Provisions, dive shops, bakery and bars are all in Barretto.
