Wikipedia: best during the SW habagat, August-December, when prevailing winds are offshore on the east-coast reefs. Lakwatsero: July-November; Philippine Beach Guide: July-October for intermediate-advanced surfers. The deep Philippine Trench offshore lets swell arrive with full power. Contests late Oct-early Nov. Inside-reef anchorages see more surge in big swell.
