Bantayan's main ferry pier at Santa Fe, with roughly hourly ferries to Hagnaya on Cebu (about 75 minutes) - the crew-change link for the island.

Coordinates are the Port of Santa Fe pier in OpenStreetMap; Hagnaya terminal is at 11.0936°N 123.9454°E. Super Shuttle Ferry and Island Shipping each run from about 6:00 am to 5:00 pm (June 2023 fares about 300-359 PHP plus 25 PHP terminal fee - verify locally). Buses run from Cebu's North Bus Terminal to Hagnaya. Bantayan airfield (Santa Fe) has had Air Juan flights from Mactan. A 500 million PHP port upgrade including a cruise-ship marina was announced in 2024. The Santa Fe Coast Guard sub-station is beside the port.
