Position decoded from the plus code given by Noonsite (PQQ3+RRX, Rizal Avenue, next to the airport), accurate to a few metres for the code, but the building itself is small and unsigned. No charge; 10-15 minutes (October 2024 report). Pets need prior contact with quarantine; see area file. Office hours not published: go on a weekday morning.
