Puerto Princesa International Airport

9° 44.5′ N · 118° 45.5′ E

Palawan's main airport (PPS), right on the edge of town, with domestic flights to Manila and other hubs; crew changes are easy.

Practical

IATA PPS. The new terminal opened in 2017; boarding is on foot from the ground. Skip the overpriced tricycles at the door: walk to the highway for a tricycle (about PHP 50) or a jeepney (about PHP 10) into town (Wikivoyage, March 2025). The quarantine office used for yacht clearance is next to the airport on Rizal Avenue. A small tourist office in arrivals sells tours.
