2GO Travel runs two weekly ferries to Manila (about 22 hours); Milagrosa Shipping runs a weekly Puerto Princesa-Cuyo-Iloilo service (Wikivoyage; check current schedules). The Port Management Office is on the same waterfront. Keep well clear of ferry manoeuvres when transiting the harbour; yachts use the Abanico anchorage, not the commercial pier.
