Lajanosa (La Januza) is one of General Luna's southern islands off Barangay Suyangan, in the cluster with Mam-on and Antokan islets at Siargao's southeastern corner - farther and quieter than the classic three-island hop.

The extended standard 2025 route adding Mam-on costs PHP 5,000 boat for 1-9 pax plus PHP 1,000 guide (Lakwatsero). Antokon (Antokan islet, OSM 9.604N 126.179E) is listed as a Siargao dive site (Lakwatsero). No published depth or reef condition data was found - treat the approach as uncharted, use satellite imagery, and go in calm conditions; this corner is exposed to Pacific swell.
