A shallow reef just off the beach by Cabo Pulmo village where turtles graze in 10-30 ft of bright, calm water - the easiest way into the park without a boat.

Coordinate is approximate: placed just off the beach near the village (OpenStreetMap); ask at the dive center for the entry point. The Log notes snorkelers can walk in from the beach south of Pulmo village. Turtles, stingrays, five species of eels; used for Discover Scuba and refresher dives. Park rules: no fishing, no anchoring (even a dinghy) on the reef, no touching or standing on coral, no feeding, no gloves; park fee 120 MXN per person per day (2026) on top of any Conservation Passport.
