Marinas.com (updated Oct 2025): 207 slips, max LOA 225 ft, 12 ft reported at approach, channel and docks (treat as optimistic — the entrance is known to silt), gas and diesel fuel dock, VHF 16, phone +52 314 337 9014 (harbormaster Myriam Ortega, harbormaster@islaresort.com.mx per Latitude 38's 2026 First Timer's Guide), website islanavidad.com.mx. Services listed include water, Wi-Fi, showers, laundry, ice and propane. Dock water is un-chlorinated and not potable (2019); order garrafones through the water taxi desk. Several cruiser reports (2016, 2025) describe the docks as in poor condition; prices are considered high for Mexico — call ahead for current rates (no published rates found). Marina guests use the hotel pool, pool bar and free yoga and aqua classes (2025). Bill is settled with the Harbor Master. Water taxi across to Barra about 3 minutes; call it on VHF. The Cruise-In Week festival has offered participants a special marina rate.
