A small downtown marina of about 50 slips behind a floating wave-baffle breakwater, a few hundred meters southwest of the Muelle Fiscal and steps from the Malecón.

Position from the 2026 marina-association guide (24°09'25.17"N 110°19'28.11"W). 50 slips of 40-160 ft plus a 100-250 ft linear dock; shore power, water, pump-out, Wi-Fi, dock carts; restaurant and hotels nearby, fuel nearby (not on site). VHF 16; tel +52 612 123 4101; dockmaster@marinacortez.com. Eco Naviera yacht agency (clearance, TIPs, park permits) has its main office here. The 'Boneyard' cruiser anchorage lies just NE of the marina.
