The former Fonatur/Singlar marina inside the Fidepaz yacht basin near the airport, reached by a side channel off the Mogote channel - usually the cheapest storage in town.

Coordinate is approximate: the OpenStreetMap 'Marina Sur' harbor polygon in the Fidepaz basin, assumed to be this marina. Now run by ASIPONA (address Río Nilo and Pirámides); tel 612-124-2206 ext. 3861. Pemex fuel dock on your left at the entrance. The Log (2022) describes about 40 slips inside a secure basin, reached about 2.5 nm past the navy base and then 2.25 nm up a narrower channel along El Mogote. A 2022 cruiser reported dry storage on the concrete yard at about CAD 350/month with owners not allowed to work on their boats (verify locally). Follow the marked north channel - the sandbar between the channels is very shallow.
