Held in late January. Expect guided birding boats in the estuary and more visitors in town. Book La Tovara and estuary pangas early. Dawn is best for birds, and use repellent against the jejenes. Coordinate is the San Blas main plaza (OpenStreetMap 'Plaza Principal' outline) and is nominal.
