A small, laid-back cruisers' marina and boutique hotel on the harbor shore about a mile south of town, long the social hub for visiting yachts and the home base of a well-used clearance agent.

Facilities reported by cruisers: water, 30 and 50 A power, Wi-Fi, hot showers, laundry, common kitchen, lending library, private beach, free kayaks and bikes. Rates: about US$1/ft/day in 2013 (negotiable) and US$250 for a week in 2016 - verify locally. Cruisers have repeatedly cleared in through the on-site agent without leaving the property (2016: immigration US$58, port captain US$40, agent US$70). About ten minutes by taxi or bike from the ferry terminal.
