Windwardside
17° 37.7′ N · 63° 13.9′ W
Saba's second village and tourist heart, high on the trade-wind side: white cottages with green shutters and red roofs, the Trail Shop, museum, galleries, groceries and most of the restaurants, with Mount Scenery rising behind.
Practical
Coordinates from Wikipedia. Taxi from Fort Bay about US$21 plus US$3 per bag (Wikivoyage, March 2025). The regular breeze means most places have no air-conditioning. Wednesday is the day fresh meat arrives on island (Wikivoyage) - shop then. Sea Saba's retail shop is here.
Best for
Base for hikes, shops and dinners ashore
