Practical

Position: Marina de Saint-Francois in OpenStreetMap (node 1023095519). Clearance at the Capitainerie, avenue de l'Europe (Immeuble GBH), marina@ville-saintfrancois.fr; hours Mon-Fri 7am-noon and 2pm-5pm, Sat 8:30am-noon, closed Sunday (French customs 2026 list). A 2018 Noonsite comment said clearance there was free. noforeignland reviewers report about 2.8 m in the entrance channel and 3+ m inside, a friendly welcome and reasonable prices, but warn that the approach needs care, especially with more than 25 knots of wind. Restaurants, bakeries and the Super U supermarket are within walking distance; ferries to La Desirade and day boats to Petite Terre leave from the town.
