A small working marina on Wellington Road in Cole Bay, home to Tropical Sail Loft, FKG Rigging and the Lagoonies bar - the heart of the lagoon's marine-trades waterfront.

Wellington Rd #35, Cole Bay. Dinghy dock next to Tropical Sail Loft. Water off the marina is very shallow in places: one cruiser recorded 0.0 ft under a 5.5-ft keel off Lagoon Marina (2026) - approach slowly and ask the marina about depths. Lagoonies bar on site runs a cruiser happy hour and is dog-friendly; ACE Mega Center is walkable. Slip count, VHF and rates not published in sources reviewed.
