Customs, Immigration and the Port Authority share one bright yellow building with its own dock, straight ahead as you come down the Jolly Harbour channel next to the superyacht dock.

Practical

Pin is placed between the marina office and fuel dock (OpenStreetMap) because no source gives the building's exact position; look for the yellow flag and yellow building. Protocol (marina): bring the boat to the dedicated dock, only the skipper goes ashore with boat papers, passports and onward travel details; you may not enter the marina docks or fuel dock until cleared in. Noonsite: a new port-of-entry dock with dinghy landing is operating; credit cards were not accepted for check-in in 2025 (bring cash); a reader paid an EC$85 cruising permit, and minors can incur additional charges. Readers describe check-in as sometimes taking over an hour, and a 2025 reader reported unstamped French clearance papers being rejected: bring a stamped copy.
