AYC lists breakfast from 7 am, lunch noon to 4 pm, and dinner Monday to Saturday 6 pm to 10 pm; Sunday roast lunch noon to 4 pm; happy hour 5 pm to 7 pm with EC$5 house beers, wine and selected spirits; a monthly Monday curry night with a steel band (AYC site, undated; hours have varied seasonally, so verify locally).
