Coordinate is approx (west end of the harbor, OSM pier). DOBOR: one dual-lane ramp, a loading dock and vessel washdown; DOBOR (808) 587-1966. Approach via the channel marked by private buoys (Coast Pilot); the west part of the harbor is shallow. DOBOR has cleared abandoned vehicles and camps from the public parking areas at the Kahului boat harbor; secure the dinghy. DOBOR Maui District (808) 243-5824.
