Drepano Venetian Fort
37° 31.5′ N · 22° 55.7′ E
The ruined fortress on the western point of the Vivari inlet entrance — a prominent landmark when you approach, and a scramble with a view straight down the gulf.
Practical
Coordinate from OSM ('Φρούριο Δρεπάνου'). Sea-Seek notes the fort ruins on the W coast are conspicuous from seaward. Reach on foot from the anchorage via the west shore; no facilities or opening hours (unfenced ruin). Mapped climbing crags (Vivari, Kondyli) are on the opposite headland.
Best for
Pilotage landmark and a short scramble from the dinghy
