36° 47.5′ N · 24° 34.5′ E

Chorio, Kimolos's only village, wraps around a fortified medieval Kastro whose outer house walls form the castle wall, with narrow lanes, arched passages and dozens of churches. It is one of the most unspoilt Chora villages in the Cyclades.
