GPS from Tahiti Cruisers Guide. 87 berths for 12–100 m boats plus 2 large pontoons for up to 82 yachts; the south pontoons take 98–260 ft (Port autonome). Water, power, Wi-Fi, toilets, showers, washers/dryers; badge-controlled access, night guard 6pm–6am and 24/7 CCTV. Office Mon–Thu 7am–3pm, Fri 7am–2pm; +689 40 47 48 00, officemarinapapeete@gmail.com. Phone the marina before arriving; it does not monitor VHF, but call the Vigie on VHF 12 before mooring. No reservations in high season, first come first served; pay on day one for stays under a month (Noonsite, May 2023). 2026 transient rates per foot per day excl. tax: monohull up to 59 ft 96 XPF (Mar 1–Nov 30) / 48 XPF (Dec 1–end Feb); monohull 60 ft+ 120/60; multihull up to 59 ft 168/84; multihull 60 ft+ 210/105; minimum charge 3,500 XPF. Includes showers, water filling and waste/oil/battery collection. Metered power 65 XPF/kWh; unmetered 32 A 5,500 XPF/week, 16 A 3,300 XPF/week; mooring assistance 6,000 XPF; access-card deposit 1,000 XPF (Port tariff guide, Feb 2026). Hazards: ferry wakes roll the outer docks; westerly swell surges through the marina. Repeated night-time thefts from boats were reported 2017–2019, so lock up at night. Superyacht pontoons (the 'yacht quay' along Boulevard Pomare, part of the same marina): air-draft limit up to 45 m at pontoons 1–5 (arrêté 686 CM); taller rigs are marked with red/white pennants by day and an all-round red light at night. The old stern-to town quay for small cruising boats no longer exists; the marina has taken the space (Noonsite cruiser report, 2019).
