The largest dive operator on the atoll, on the main street of Rotoava. It runs Garuae pass dives daily and full-day south-pass trips, and listens on VHF in the anchorage.

Full-day south-pass trip: just over an hour each way, two dives including the Wall of Sharks, and a motu picnic. Nitrox, a kids' programme, private boats, and 'yacht services' listed; three boats (12, 18 and 10 divers). Sites: Garuae Pass, Ali Baba, Ohotu reef, Pufana reef, Maiuru. Several Rotoava mooring balls belong to Top Dive. Its tank fills cost more than Kaina's (2023).
