Waypoint 16°36.2427S / 143°38.5376W from Nehenehe (Jan 2019, Soggy Paws compendium): 12 ft, good holding, protected from N to E winds. A noonsite cruiser report (2023) shows a 'Half Way Anchorage' in Makemo but gives no position, so this name is descriptive. Makemo Airport is about 10 km WNW of Pouheva along the same rim.
