Practical
Position approximate: about 350 m off the customs dock, consistent with Noonsite's anchorage position (16°06'N 088°48'W). Exposed and normally rolly in the trades; use only in settled weather with crew aboard and do not anchor off in the afternoon (Noonsite, VYA). Alternative for larger yachts: anchor to the north near Wild Cane Caye and make the long tender run (VYA). A Texaco/fuel dock lies north of the customs dock (VYA; OpenStreetMap shows an Uno station on the waterfront).
