An anchorage off Fort Point at the north end of Dunmore Town where local fishing boats moor — closest to shore for small or rowing tenders.
Practical
8-10 ft, sand; avoid grass. Holding is tricky because the bottom is hard here — make sure the anchor is set. Protection NE-SE. Small-boat traffic at all hours. Land at the government dock or at the covered fishermen's pier just north of it.
