A renovated 1951 yacht club at the mouth of Fresh Creek beside the 1892 lighthouse: 28 slips, a fuel dock, rooms, a pool, the Calabash restaurant and Hemingway's bar.

Position from the marina website (N24.724916, W77.785767). 28 slips for boats to about 100 ft; drafts to 9 ft at high tide, 7 ft MLW at the entrance. Dockage $4.50 per ft plus taxes on the club website (ActiveCaptain listed $6 per ft in 2024; noforeignland also quotes $4.50); power $0.50 per kWh (the site also shows $1.60, so confirm), 30/50/100 amp single and three phase; water $0.40 per gallon; ice $10 a bag; trash $10 a bag. Diesel and gas from a separate fuel dock with high-speed pumps (an older ActiveCaptain note said fuel was trucked in by barrel). Office hours 8 am to 5 pm daily. Operating status (checked October 2026): the club's 2026 website takes online slip bookings and lists the fuel dock as open 8 am to 5 pm daily; ActiveCaptain's listing (edited September 2024) says the docks were newly renovated in 2024, and a February 2025 review reports the docks completed, the hotel, bar and dining room open, and gas and diesel available. ActiveCaptain's own fuel field still carries an older note that fuel is trucked in by barrel, so call the dockmaster to confirm fuel before relying on it.
