Position approximate: the north edge of Hope Town village near Vernon's Grocery, because the main operator delivers rather than renting from a counter. Island Cart Rentals (est. 1992) runs about 50 four-seat gas Club Cars and delivers daily except Sundays; call 242-366-0448 (US 561-208-8160) or VHF 16, email info@islandcartrentals.com. Its site says it closes from August 1 to September and for all of October, so book ahead in high season and expect no carts in the autumn. Rates are not published online; ask when booking. Rules of the road: carts can drive up to but not through Hope Town village (Wikipedia); many village lanes are foot and bike only (Wikivoyage), so park outside town and walk in. Hope Town Inn & Marina also advertises boat and golf cart rentals for its guests. Drive on the left.
