Soufrière is an official port of entry, handy for clearing out straight to St Vincent: customs sits in the SMMA office on the bayfront and immigration in the police station.

Coordinate is the OpenStreetMap 'Customs' office on the bayfront. Noonsite (October 2023): customs open seven days 8 am to 4:30 pm (tel +1 758-459-5656; the tourism authority lists +1-758-459-5666); immigration at the bayfront police station (tel +1 758-456-3620) Monday to Thursday 8 am to 12 noon and 1 pm to 4:30 pm, Friday 8 am to 6 pm, weekends and holidays 8 am to 4:30 pm. Allow time to visit both offices. A 2018 cruiser report said Soufrière did not use SailClear; bring printed crew lists. Overtime applies outside hours.
