Position is OSM node 'KokoaRum' on the new-marina (Bassin 2) waterfront. The marina directory lists it open daily 8 am-midnight, with breakfast in the morning, burgers, grills, salads and homemade ice cream. Happy hour is 6 pm-7 pm daily.
