Kingstown is an official port of entry, but formalities are slow and spread across town, so most yachts clear in elsewhere.
Practical
Position is the OpenStreetMap 'Customs' office on the Kingstown waterfront. Noonsite (May 2025): anchor near the Kingstown cruise-ship and ferry berth, then clear with Customs first, then Immigration in town, and finally the Port Authority. This can take some time, and an agent is advisable because documents and fees must be arranged in advance to get permission to dock. Noonsite recommends other SVG ports of entry. SVG Tourism lists Kingstown, Wallilabou and Chateaubelair as the St Vincent ports.
