Oceana Restaurant & Bistro (Frenchtown)

18° 20.1′ N · 64° 56.6′ W · approximate

Frenchtown's waterfront fine-dining room in the historic Villa Olga, an open-air terrace over the Baye de GriGri with seaplanes landing, sailboats passing and sunsets over Water Island; a casual bistro serves small plates and local craft beer.

Practical

Position approximate: on the Frenchtown shore of the Baye de GriGri near Haulover Cut, from the restaurant's own description and the OpenStreetMap coastline (checked to be on land at the water's edge); not a surveyed point. Oceana (2026): reservations through OpenTable or reservations@oceanavi.com; a card is required for parties of six or more and there is a US$30 per person no-show fee for cancellations after 12 pm on the day; tel (340) 774-4262 (Wikivoyage). Seafood-led menu sourced locally where possible. Dinghy: Noonsite says Frenchtown restaurants let cruisers tie up, so ask when you book. Keep clear of the seaplane landing area in Cay Bay and Haulover Cut (Coast Pilot). Wikivoyage also lists Hook, Line & Sinker on the Frenchtown waterfront and Craig & Sally's (3525 Honduras), but neither restaurant's website resolved in October 2026 (the Hook, Line & Sinker domain is parked for sale); confirm they are open before going.
